"The job and work went well. Project was largely in support of master bathroom remodeling. Lopez Painting removed wall paper, repaired woodwork and dry wall from moving electrical outlets and installing canless lights, painted master bath, closet, toilet room, large custom vanity and cabinets. Also, painted general common areas upstairs and down and repaired drywall as needed. Finally, removed wall paper and painted a upstairs bathroom. Lopez painting show up on time, and work long days. We had some issues. They fixed them but they kind of wasted my time a little bit because it didn't get done the way they were instructed, but they did fix the issues. I talked to the man who did the pre-walk and described to him exactly what I wanted, as far as the color paint in each room. Even went as far as to put the paint in the rods, and actually separated the colors and left a note on each selection of paint of which paint goes where, in each room. Even left a piece of paper in each room and told them what kind of paint I wanted in each room, and they still messed it up and painted them the wrong color. They still screwed it up. I talked to the pre-walk man who obviously didn't tell the painters or they didn't understand him. It was supposed to be done in two days. Ended up coming back the next couple of days to finish it. Which kind of inconvenienced me a little bit. I talked to the painters directly and they did  it but still took some extra days. Well that, and they used more paint than they would have. I would had more left over paint so I kind of was out of some paint. They could have gone to buy extra paint if they needed it, but they didn't. I bought extra paint so they basically used that. I was a little disappointed but they did fix the issue, but communication was just horrible. They did a good job when they finished it, but I would be very diligent in explaining to them what exactly you want done so there is no. Would I recommend them? Yes with an asterisk. I don't think they did a bad job when they got it right, I give them overall a B because of their error. I think they were on time.
