"I contacted M&M for a quotation. The representative who met with me was professional and appeared to be knowledgeable. My main interest was replacing existing wood siding with a fiber cement product in places were squirrels had damaged the siding. The representative recommended adding an aluminum sheeting trim product in places that were less noticeable and replacing with the current type of siding in the back of our house. I requested their quote with additional metal trim if the solution was to replace with the same materials the squirrels were chewing now. I was really excited during the quotation process thinking that since the materials were so inexpensive and less removal of siding would be required that the quote would be in the under $500 price range. I was quickly disappointed when I received a quotation for $1600, more expensive than quotations I had received to replace the siding with a fiber cement product in the damaged areas previously. Since I had the opportunity to fix the damage in my preferred method for a better price, I choose that option. I definitely appreciated the representative for spending time with me and making some suggestions. He did have some helpful inforamtion to share.
