"Weâ  ve wanted to replace a badly done rock walkway to our front door for years and also wanted to extend the size of our backyard patio by 5 feet. Jose Rico came out the same day I called to give us a reasonable quote and explain how he would do the job. My husband, having been in construction work himself, said his plan was the right way to do the job and we hired him on the spot. Jose secured the materials the following day and got started the next work day. Both areas not only turned out beautiful, but his very professional crew performed a spotless cleanup and Jose threw in some extra edging along our back flowerbeds. I canâ  t say enough about this family business and their commitment to quality craftsmanship. We wouldnâ  t dream of contracting anyone else for our next job"

"I gotta say, our new paver patio came out amazing! Prior to hiring Four Season Pavers, I had a bunch of questions about the job. Victor answered all to my satisfaction and he always picked up the phone when I had other questions. We picked Holland Stone with a 45 degree Herringbone design, which requires a lot of cutting. Victor's team took 2 days and a morning to break and remove a medium concrete slab, prep, cut and lay these pavers out perfectly on a fairly large area. At the end of day two, I came across pile of rejects. Not every piece of stone can be cut perfectly, sometimes they chip or break. This is when I discovered that Victor's team cared about quality, as to not use below standard pieces. I will definitely call them back for some other areas around the house."

"Company needs more knowledgeable and reliable workers or the Owner (Jose Perez) needs to be onsite more. After 12pm no workers showed up, so I had to contact the owner 3 separate days to verify if his workers were coming or not. Leveling of my back yard not completed as promised. One section of the stone wall for flower bed had to be done over. Not all the old molded mulch was removed as requested, but new mulch placed over it. No fresh soil, dirt or any type of lawn builder/prep was put in the areas where grass was put down. Also poor quality grass used although watered immediately and 2x daily, it still browned within 48 hours (with the proper dose of Scott lawn fertilizer still waiting for better results. Recently purchased some grass myself for other sections of my Lawn and it's doing well. (interesting). My suggestion, to avoid low quality plants and flowers please purchase them yourself. Have the owner provide a picture design of your project, naming each item and location. Regarding the $ value of the project as a whole, it would have been fair if it had been properly completed as agreed. Overall, Lesson learned, unless an emergency, be onsite as much as possible yourself and if necessary get a full independent inspection of the entire project before you make that final payment. Because a handshake and a promise is NOT what it use to be. I contacted the Owner by text to discuss and for suggestions, but he never responded back to me. I've waited 2.5 weeks before I wrote this review, in hope to hear from owner, but to-date nothing. However, I do wish the owner well in any future projects he takes on and use this project as a learning tool."
