"David showed up and explained exactly what he was going to do, he had to make a second trip (which he explained up front) to do the second part of the treatment. It has now been a couple months and I have not had any wasps, fire ants or any other insects in or around my house. Very satisfied considering most other exterminators that I spoke with would not guarantee ants."

"The products used for the pest control are great - each time they fumigated, we were generally bug free. But, my gripe about the services is that they were not always thorough on the exterior fumigation - they would leave a lot of ant mounds untreated if you didn't tell them where they were. I also didn't realize that they do not sweep the eves, which is a little frustrating because spider webs = spiders. Lastly, each time they came by I would ask for insect traps for the garage and they supposedly never had any in their truck. So overall, the services weren't terrible, they kept us mostly bug free, but I just wish they were a little more thorough, in order to prevent pests from getting into the house."
