Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Stafford, VA

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"They were very responsive to my phone call, promptly went out to look at the roof and gave me a reasonable price. Some roofers would not return my call, others said it would take a month to get to the work. Andre at Springfield was flexible with me and responded to my texts and calls incredibly promptly. He acted like he wanted and valued my business. I would definitely use them to replace the entire set of roof shingles in a couple years."

"Our company contact Aaron was patient, professional and took the time to educate us about roof components and their installation."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Terryâ s company installed an EPDM roof on our office building"

"I certainly would refer this company to work/install a new roof. I once was able to do the work myself, did my previous residence twice, that was 2200 sq ft and took me 3 weeks to do. that is to strip, lay felt and ice and water barrier. now that i am bordering 70, I cant do what i did when i was 50, with that being said, here in VA, we here have difficulty getting 3 days without rain let alone 3 weeks. Cenvar sent 3 young guys to strip, put down ice and water barrier, synthetic felt and new architectural asphalt shingles. they did locate 3 leaks, i know of one which resulted from what was done 25 years ago, then the roof was not installed correctly, every other course seam lined up, which is not the way a roof is installed. Cenvar fixed and installed the new roof correctly. They did lay tarps around to collect all the old shingles and nails. after they left, if you didn't acknowledge the new roof, you would not have known anyone was there, all done in 1 day!!!"

"I love my new black roof and gutters. Mateo was excellent. He explained the process in detail from start to finish and was always available to answer questions, he even filed the insurance claim for hail damage for me. Mateo made the roof replacement process simple. I highly recommend Mateo for your roofing needs."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The gentleman Dennis whom I worked with to go over and confirm everything was kind, on time and answered all of my questions timely. They completed the roof removal, replacement and clean up in 1 day. Thank you roofs fast"

"Excellent experience working with a highly skilled team of professionals. Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. The two individual vanities were replaced with one single wide vanity. And the floor and wall tiles were replaced with better quality materials. We got our dream bath. Thank you Pierpoint, you have the best craftsmen!"
