The previous owner had a cat and he was able to eliminate the odor that loomed in the basement. The stretching has done wonders for the appearance of the carpet and there are no more tripping hazards from wrinkled carpet. We had additional project going on in the home while he was there and he made it work even with some chords from their equipment running through the basement. We are overall extremely happy with the results and would recommend Hew's Carpet Care to anyone looking to repair and refresh their carpet. I have two dogs and 3 cats so when they have accidents it can get pretty messy. They arrived on time and did a great job. Greg and his staff were very friendly and professional."

"The experience was very good overall. I had no problems scheduling with Maria after purchasing the deal, and choosing a day that worked well for me. Unfortunately the team of two maids did *not* show up at the appointed time of 8:30 am. I had to call Maria to find out what was going on (left a message), and then she got back to me to let me know that there was car trouble and they wouldn't be coming until 11 am or noon. I was lucky that I had flexibility to re-arrange my schedule that day -- otherwise this would not have been good!!! The quality of the cleaning was very good. The team of two women worked extremely hard and cleaned everything inside and out -- the whole job took four hours (a total of 8 person hours of work), so the price I paid was reasonable. They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent!
