"I contacted Greg on a Sunday asking for work to be performed on my day off. I needed the carpet cleaned in my whole house. I have two dogs and 3 cats so when they have accidents it can get pretty messy. They arrived on time and did a great job. Greg and his staff were very friendly and professional."

"For the price I paid, I was happy with the service. Maria called me promptly after I bought the Deal and scheduled an appointment. She needed to reschedule twice and was very apologetic, and I did not mind too much as long as the appointment happened before my in-laws arrived for a visit the following weekend. Ultimately, the timing worked out. The two cleaners who showed up worked hard. I would not say that the cleaning they did was a "deep cleaning" as the Deal of the Day advertised, as they spent about 3 hours on a 2400 sq foot house and some areas were definitely not touched. Other things I let slide because I would have felt that I was underpaying them if they actually spent the time that it would have taken to do what I would consider a "deep cleaning" of the whole house for $269 plus tip. A house cleaner we had hired previously, probably two years ago, charged about $450, which I considered too much, and they weren't much more thorough than Maria's crew. I would hire them again, not expecting a "deep cleaning" for $269, but a cleaning that made my house presentable to company."

"This job went extremely well. Michelangelo enterprises was professional, courteous, prompt, and honest. We had our job scheduled and completed within one week of purchasing the Angie's list deal. They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent! In a house with 3 teenagers, 3 dogs and 3 cats, I never expected to have my carpets look new again! And they do, thanks to the fine work of Michelangelo Enterprises! Worth noting is this is a locally based company in the Northern Virginia area, so I made sure to read only prior reviews that seemed valid to this carpet cleaning company from Fairfax, Virginia."
