"Background - We had our traditional fireplace converted to gas. The company we hired to do the work made three 10 by 10 holes in our basement drywall in order to pull the gas line to the fireplace on the floor above. ============================================= King repaired the three holes, and the work was beautifully done! What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. In addition to the drywall work, Oscar provided some good suggestions about maintenance items we may want to consider in the future. We will definitely use King again!"

"When getting hardwood installed, the installers found that there was a leak in the powder room. The pieces were coming up very wet. I called and they sent someone over a couple of hours later to check out the damage, fix the issue, and set out a fan to dry out the area. Someone came the next day to check on it so it was ready for the hardwood install the next day. I appreciate the promptness in an emergency situation. After the hardwood install, I asked them to paint the baseboards and shoe molding so it would all match. It looks great. The worker completed the job quickly and left no mess. We have been using James Lambert Remodeling and Repair since we moved into our home. They are very communicative and always want to make sure the job is done correctly and of high quality."
