Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us.
