"Did a great job assisting with the design. Installed a large amount of fencing in a short period of time. They installed both chain link and wooden fencing. Excellent pricing. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star review is that the work lacks a few of the finishing touches such as sanding the rough edges on the wood and metal. I suspect I could have stipulated that those needed to be done and they would have done it for a little more cost. I would definitely recommend this contractor. I got three quotes and design workups and this contractor was the only one who I felt listened to what I wanted and found a way to make it work. The other contractors didn't seem to think my concept would work but the result is that I have what I wanted and the design totally works. So, really this is a 4 1/2 star review. :-)"

"Bledar and Vasil did a fantastic job on our home! Initially, we had issues with some rotted wood on an exterior door, but we also had some concerns with our home's exterior. Bledar and Vasil came over and gave us a comprehensive explanation of what needed to be repaired on our house. More importantly, they told us honestly what could wait. We were on a budget, so having someone be so candid was very refreshing. Even more helpful was that Balteza was willing to agree to convenient financing terms that allowed us to repair some very serious issues on our home within our budget and on a timeline that worked best for our family. In terms of the work itself, we were blown away by how amazing our home looked once Balteza's projects were complete. They painted our entire home, all the trim, made extensive repairs to damaged areas on the exterior of our home, and completely rebuilt our front and side stoops with beautiful stone. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out from beginning to end! Bledar and Vasil were super approachable with questions and were always willing to text or call to explain their work. Bledar even lent me yard equipment to do some landscaping that I'd been putting off. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with their work and absolutely recommend them for any home project!"

"After several years of trying to even get a quote or estimate on a high quality vinyl fence from various local businesses, we called DanDale and they immediately followed through. It took some time to for the fence material to be manufactured, but that is because we ordered a relatively custom color. Once all the materials were delivered, it only took a single day to remove my old fence and install the new vinyl fence. I can finally enjoy my back yard again! Thanks DanDale!"

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.
