"Here's my story. I built most of my home and roofed or reroofed it over the last 30 years. It was time to the entire house once more. I liked him so much that some siding needed replacement and he came back and did that between other jobs. My only gripe is that he's so popular [with good reason] that I had to wait a couple months. "Overall it went really well.  Joe was very quick to respond to my plea for a quick install of a closet and interior work to accommodate my mother who had to move in with us in a hurry.  We got lucky that he was able to start quickly and was done almost on time.  We had the header as an add on project so this is what caused the extension of time.  In the end, we were very pleased with the results.  We even had concerns about the roof after the install and a heavy rain came.  He sent one of his crew out on New Year's Day to make sure the quality of workmanship was good.
