"I would highly recommend Manny and his team to anyone in need of roofing services!! Manny was great at communicating about the project and making suggestions. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean. The quality of their work was excellent! Another family member had used Manny in the past and was also extremely happy with their new roof!"

"Riza was quick to respond and did an excellent job! Would use him again and recommend him for any of your roofing needs!"

"Mighty Dog Roofing is the best. We ask first if they would consider re-shingling our roof, and they came over the next day with info and to see what particularly we need. They always kept in contact and responded to questions and concerns immediately. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend."

"Daniel Schroder was very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Their work crew was also very experienced, efficient and polite. My job was a relatively small roof repair where bad plywood had to be replaced. They did a great job removing the bad plywood and re-shingling the whole are. When it was done, you could not tell where the repaired section was and where the old roof was."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Great job, amazing roofers and coordination."

"Tito is very accommodating. He provides excellent service and is always available to talk and comes to the house regularly to see how the project is going. His pricing is reasonable. "Working with Overstate was the right choice. I had 3 companies coming in and giving me quotes to replace the entire roof , including installing new plywood since it was a cedar shake . Yani walked me through the whole process, we improved the venting which was a good thing and I got a brand new Owens Corning shingle roof . I?ll definitely recommend to friends and neighbours ."
