He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "So hard to figure out who to go with when needing a service. I selected AZ Appliance as their ratings were 5*. And geez did they meet up to it. They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. "When my microwave went out, I, as usual, went to Angie's List. I read the reviews for RO Appliance and decided that this was the one I wanted, especially since they were so close to my home. Raymond came out on the day that we agreed upon--on time--and diagnosed my problem as the magnetron, capacitor, and diode. It did take some time for the parts to come in, but when they did, he came right out and replaced the defective parts. My microwave works just as it did before it stopped working. There is no question in my mind that I would call RO if I needed appliance service."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
