From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! "WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND  HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!! IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER BUT HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US TILL HE ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB. HE AND HIS CREW  GOT RIGHT TO IT AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY. "The guy who built the deck did a really good job. He was very thorough and picked up good materials. He took a little bit longer than he said he was going to take, but I really didn?t mind that once I saw the work he was doing. He takes his time and does a good job. So it was worth waiting. We had to buy the lighting and he installed it for us. There was a day when he didn?t show up and we were wondering where he went. He then showed up the next day and told us what had happened. He spent the whole day from morning till night working here. That only happened once or twice. If need be, then I would hire him back."
