"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. Our former neighbor, Ben F, drove by one day, and seeing me in the yard cleaning up, he stopped by to check in with us. Ben listened empathetically. He told us he had started to work for Craftsmen and asked us if we wanted him to give us an estimate. Ben told that us he had been impressed with the team at Craftsmen, that he had found a workplace guided by principles of integrity. We have 12 employees that directly work for us and 3 sub-contractors. All are submitted to random drug and alcohol testing, are covered by insurance and posses the skills to complete every job in a timely and professional manor. Our billing is different from job to job depending primarily on size of task, projected time and any specialty materials or craftsmanship. I am personally on each and every job to oversee every phase and maintain a helping hand and professional relationship with each customer and employee. We warranty every job no matter the size for a minimum of 3 years craftsmanship, average of 5 years on most, if material is produced by us or is custom worked we will warranty the product as well. We are certified from multiple manufacturers of products we sell and install. We also off the ability to purchase extended craftsmanship warranties. We offer discounts to current,retired, or disabled veterans. We also offer discounts and savings to law enforcement, peace officers and fire/emt. Just let our staff know and they will provide you with what's available for you. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency response. Same day service to any warranty calls. Estimates will be completed and given to you within 3 days. ALL work is inspected before completion is given and bill for final payment is sent.
