"I contacted this company because my tenant's fridge wasn't working well. I was quoted $450.00 before they even arrived at the property or any work done. Their explanation was "there?s a lot of tolls getting to you so minimum charge will be $450." Just to look, no diagnosis done yet, not a single part changed?? I was charged the full $450 and all they did was defrost my tenant's fridge. They melted the ice, collected payment and kept it moving. In comparison, my furnace unit stopped working earlier in the week and the avg service charge for the HVAC companies to come out was $200-$225. That?s an emergency, no heat call compared to a luke-warm refrigerator issue. Absolute mistake agreeing to this charge and lesson learned but will never use HR-Refrigeration service again. "

"The plumber arrived on time and took off his shoes upon entering the house. Wow! Before removing the old toilet, water was removed from the tank and bowl, and then placed the toilet in large plastic bag. He fixed the old pvc opening and inserted a metal bracket for the new flange. He carefully assembled and installed the new toilet. You can tell the plumber takes pride in his work. He left the bathroom very clean."

"We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"
