"Miller. the owner, is a top professional. He answered my request in minutes and arrived on time the next morning to look at my roof. He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area. When Mike, his crew arrived, Mike fixed all issues, including the water flow issue, and took the time to explain his day on my roof to me. I know nothing about roofs, but am better educated now on the care and maintenance of my roof. I highly recommend Roof Solutions to anyone needing expert roof repair and maintenance. They performed the job in a timely and professional manner and I will call them again for any roofing needs."

"They were great. They were very flexible with the scheduling, they charged me a very fair price and they did a great job. They came to my house with all of their equipment and spent 3 hours detailing the car. I did not need to be present during that time and I was able to go run errands. My car looks awesome. I am very happy with the result and I will be scheduling them again to do the same service for my other car."

"All you can ask for: responsiveness, reasonable pricing, and work quality. You can't find a better firm for this job."

"I purchased a $49 Roof Tune Up Big Deal, because I knew I had a leak in the roof.  Charles found the leak, explained it, fixed it (covered by the $49 package), and I think more important, did not try to sell me anything else I really didn't need.

"Excellent. The inspection was thorough, and agreed with by my insurance company (hail damage). The price was less than allowed for by my insurance company. Very courteous, responsive, and efficient. The roof looks great, no leaks, and they cleaned up everything!"

"It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future. I was pleased with the professionalism of Jerry and his crew member."

"BTR could have charged me for a new roof but was honest and said all I needed was a repair which was done just as described for the time and price requested.
