Just left a bad taste in my mouth and being able to trust any 'deals' being mentioned in the future. However the service and installation by the installer was excellent. Super nice and thorough. "We had a great experience with Water Heater Experts. We contacted them a year before we actually had the work done and John was extremely knowledgeable about water quality and water heaters. Once we needed a new water heater he was quick in responding and the work was done in a day. We went with a tankless and he was helpful with tips on how to use it and be efficient with the recirculating. I am extremely happy and pleased and already enjoying hot water in 10 seconds versus the 1.5-2 minutes we used to wait!"
