The work was done in a few days and we are very happy with the results. He even sent a heat-sensing drone up to check the area under the roof for hidden pockets of water. He explained everything carefully and provided us with where he sources his products. His workers were amiable and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone!"

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"This was an awesome experience. I had received several quotes and Santos's estimate was honest and fair and there were no surprises. After the project was complete,the wind blew off the panel of my swamp cooler which in turn damaged several shingles and Santos came back and did the repair without hesitation and no charge. They showed up on time and the weather was getting cold and they worked long and hard to get the work done. The crew was very, very respectful of my property and I was impressed by the clean up effort. Went all along the perimeter of my home with a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. They picked up and hauled off all the debris and trash and put everything back where it belonged. Santos followed up and walk through the project to ensure all my expectations were met. "The city dinged just about everybody on our street for sidewalk issues. I had Mountainside replace about 10' of sidewalk and more importantly some deteriorated concrete steps on the side of the house. They showed up on time and worked quickly, kept me appraised of some minor changes and were extremely professional. On the side steps they had to remove and replace the hand rails, which involved cutting & welding. They also had to color match the stucco. This was the 1st time I had used them and it was one of the best results for a job of this type I have had."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
