"Mad Pipers did an excellent job on the work! Zack provided the original estimate. He was responsive, punctual, answered all my questions and provided a very thorough estimate of the work we needed done in a timely manner. I took estimates from other companies but Mad Pipers was by far the the most responsive and for the large amount of work we needed done, they were also the best pricing. The job was completed by Zack and Ragen who showed up on time and were very professional. The work itself was a two day job. They made sure to explain everything that was completed. I was very happy with the work they did and as a result asked them back to provide an estimate for some additional (smaller scale) work I needed done on a guest bathroom (replacing old galvanized steel pipes with new copper pipes) and a master bathroom (replacing a popup & drain which was done by Curtis). "We requested a bid for installation of recessed kitchen lighting. What we got was an estimate for the cost of rewiring the knob-and-tube in our entire house, plus the cost of the fixtures. The rewiring alone was estimated over $18,000. Our home inspector informed us about knob-and-tube when we moved in, as well as the excellent condition of the wiring. Adding LED fixtures would have been a low draw on the system and we have since gotten a far better bid from another electrician. Our impression was that we were given a hard sell to spend almost $20,000 on a big project we did not ask for. There was no alternative solution offered. Additionally, the price quoted for the fixtures was very higher, higher than any I could find on a basic Internet search for the same fixtures, so big price gouging there on the materials. I am confident that these are skilled electricians, but as a homeowner and consumer, I felt that we were not heard and that the company, as represented by the initial contact with the lead electrician who seems to primarily be a salesman, is interested only in big-ticket jobs. If you need a big commercial project done, you may find Seatown to be your best choice. As a homeowner, I felt like the company's next prospective sale. We won't hire this company."

Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. Their plumbers were respectful, friendly and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs."

He had his guy check on the water availability at my property while they were at DPD anyways.  I offered to pay him for their time and he said, "don't worry about it" and refused to invoice me.  I would definitely call them again in the future.

"Greg & Jason installed a water heater I purchased from them & a bathroom sink faucet for me. They went above and beyond explaining everything they were doing and how it all works to me and even taping up a hole Jason discovered in my dryer hose. They did such great work for substantially lower pricing than other quotes I received and provided advise on another project I was considering, so I hired them right away for a second job. They came back out and installed a new kitchen sink I purchased elsewhere, and a new faucet and garbage disposal I purchased from them. Again they did great work, and went above and beyond bringing an aerator to perfectly match my new sink. The faucet they provided is commercial grade and works amazing compared to some of the cheaper plastic models I probably would have gone with had I not received their input. I am an extremely happy & satisfied customer and expect to hire NW Bathworks for any and all plumbing jobs I have in the future. I would absolutely recommend their services."
