I'm kind of a high maintenance gal and he was great answering all my questions and doing everything just how I wanted it.  I already referred him to a neighbor and he has been equally happy.  Both roofs have held up great.   Since than I had some remodeling done on my house which included two new bathrooms, a kitchen, and new plumbing.  It involved adding some vents to the roof.  Needless to say the general contractor didn't do a great job on the roof vents and it was compromised as a result.  After a few big rains I knew I needed to call Russ.  I emailed him and he came out within the week and fixed everything properly.  So happy for the quick response and willingness to fix someone else's mistake.  Thank you Russ!
