"Nice and very solid installation"

"They quickly assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and were very proficient and professional. My condo unit was under contract and a water leak caused by another unit needed to be repaired asap and they did it. Also kept me well informed."

"I was a bit concerned about this company because I could not get a firm date to do the job. We went. back and forth quite a bit between Karen at their office and their estimator Eddie. BUT in the end they did come through and made an excellent wrought Iron stair railing at my parents home in Shoreline. Very Good Job by the crew that crafted and installed the railing. I had talked to about 6 others and Volkan bid a fair price and I am glad I hired them."

"“Execellent work, fair price, and done on time. highly recommend Practical Framing NW “ Happy Customer,"

"We are senior homeowners who need help with odd maintenance and moving jobs. Jose contacted me immediately when I asked for a quote - some of the other contacts never got in touch. He came to our home that day to see what we needed and assess the need - and then he patiently waited two weeks to do it, rescheduled because we were ill. When we finally did meet, he did an excellent job in a very short time. We are already talking to him about another job. If you need someone with good skills and a great work ethic to help you with essential jobs you can no longer do, call Jose."

"Very good quality. The product was available quickly. Mr. Volkan was able to answer all of my questions. I feel that I got a really good price. They even spray painted the lamp post and welded on a flag pole holder on my porch. They came out about 2-3 times before the installation to talk about the project and make sure I understood. The day that they did the work Mr. Volkan came out to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions I might have.. They didn't rush through the work. I could tell that the workers take pride in what they do."

"I found Phil through Yelp and a local FB community page. After reading positive reviews and his backstory about being a small business owner and spending time with his family I was sold. Philâ s willingness to work with a few design iterations, friendly, simple and open communication was just what I needed. Phil designed, fabricated, powder coated and delivered a quality fence frame that will meet all my needs. Phil even offered follow up support as needed when I finally get around to installing the frame a few months later. Iâ d recommend Pioneer Welding Services for his outstanding quality and 1:1 customer service."
