We did an entire house renovation several years ago, but I've never seen a transformation like what Kyle, Chet, and Jake performed today when they encapsulated underneath my house. Not only does the work look impeccable, they even showed up 2 days early after finishing another job to get a jump on my project. They were on time, and worked the entire day. I don't think they even took a lunch break. The customer service was great too. Anytime I approached them with a question or request, they would take off their masks and lights, and I would tell them "Man you don't have to do all that.", they would respond with "No. It's ok. We always have time for the customer.". They were extremely polite and informative about what was happening. This is a great company with great employees who care about the work they're doing. "Just as in any project you should understand what you are getting into with the people you hire and the contract you sign. My final bill came to $11,000 which was about $7,000 over the "average" advertised by the company. in all fairness I did request additional work not included in the initial quote of $8,000 (still double the average). Once the work started the crew kept me informed on the progress and were on the job everyday until the job was complete. The only thing that remains is rebuilding the bricks that separated when the foundation was lifted. This is one of the possibilities spelled out in the contract and is my responsibility. The thing that I regret most is buying a house where Yazoo clay is evident in the first place."

In all three cases they would only do the siding, not the additional work I needed. I wanted a complete exterior upgrade and that is what I received. In the end the cost was a little higher than I had expected for some add on items, but was fair and reasonable for the level of effort. I feel the cost vs. value for this work was excellent. It has been about three months since the job was finished. My critical eye has found nothing to complain about, and that is also a first. I just wish Complete Exteriors also handled interior remodeling...my next project. I will recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work on their home."
