Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. "The company was highly recommended and I am so glad I decided to call them. My first contact was with Randy, who came out, looked at my roof, provided details as to it's condition and gave me a detailed estimate. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Bob, who came out to do a walk through to determine what materials were needed to complete the job. Randy and Bob were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. I asked a lot of questions, debated about shingle colors and upgraded to architectural shingles two days before the start of the project. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the process and they began the job a few days earlier than scheduled. That was great because I wanted t get it done ASAP. Both days (project took 1 1/2 days to complete), the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and Bob came also to ensure everything was going well. When the work was complete, the lead roof man informed me they were finished and asked me to come look at it. I noticed the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. Bob came shortly afterwards, inspected the roof, walked around with me and answered questions. Last night, Tuesday, 02-23-2016, my new roof was tested by the strong winds and rain, and I am happy to say NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT!!! MANY THANKS TO RANDY, BOB AND THE CREW !!!!! I plan to utilize House Works' services in the near future for other repairs and fix-up projects. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSE WORKS!!!!!"

"I had several shingles blown off of the ridge of my home during a strong storm.  I called A-1 Roofing & Home Repair, and the lady, Jill that answered the phone was very nice.  She explained to me that they had several calls due to the same storm system, and that it would be a couple of days before they could come to repair my roof.  That was ok, since the rain was over.  The next day the owner called and was on his way to repair my roof damage.   He had a crew of about 5 men.  They were all very polite and professional.  They repaired the shingles that were blown off the ridge and were finished in just a little while.  They were reasonably priced.
A few months later, we experienced strong winds during another storm.  I had a huge section of shingles blown off of the front of my home.  This was in a different area of the house.  I called A-1 again, and Jill remembered me by name!  She said that the crew was in the area and would be able to stop by later the same evening.  They did,  as promised.  The owner was the one who came out both times to my home.  Again, the professionalism was to be commmended.  The crew worked quickly to repair the problem area.  I was so thankful, because there was a chance for more rain.  The fee the second time was a little higher than the first time, appoximately $300.00.
