Javier put the system under the driveway without the need to cut it. It took Javier and his crew 1 day to complete the sprinkler system. "Mike Key knows irrigation systems. He helped restore my lake based system and improved the flow system. After this and repairing a large leak he checked and reset all sprinkler heads. I felt his price was very fair."

"The provider has not contacted me to schedule the service.  I prepaid for an Angie's List "Deal" on 7/23/15.  I provided 3 dates to have the service performed during the week of 8/3.  The provider sent me an email confirming they received the request on 7/23 but they have not attempted to contact me since then.  I have called and left a message, I sent 4 email messages and I reached out to Angie's List customer service yesterday.  Still nothing.  I'm very disappointed.  

UPDATE:  Chris reached out to me on 8/11.  He and I agreed to give him a chance to complete the work.  He explained the new process where customers buy packages on line and enter dates for service is new and there will be an adjustment period as they incorporate this into their business plan.  "

"Bwana, who made contact and evaluated my property was very professional and polite and knowledgeable. The person who came the first time to perform the service either forgot, or did not know he had to do the backyard. The office was very nice about scheduling an extra visit to do the backyard, although I cannot be sure it has been done because there are still a lot of weeds. Time will tell. I am getting quarterly applications because I don't like a lot of chemicals and this schedule has worked when I did it myself."
