"I had sewer backup in my basement, to which my backup valve failed. It was a Monday night after hours, around 10pm that I went on home advisor. I received a call from Rob immediately, who offered to come by for a free estimate. He was here a short time later, walked me through what needed to be done, asked if I had any questions and proceeded to get that nasty job done. He was polite, professional, and courteous, but most of all he got my house up and running in no time. Highly recommend!!"

"Great work and great customer service. I highly recommend Justin Velez. We had a back up with our bathroom sink and shower drain. Justin was very informative to what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He completed the job quickly and pricing was fair. I have since used him for other plumbing repairs/installations and have always had a great experience with him. I am very pleased with his work and will use him for future projects."
