"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Andres did a great job. He arrived at 830 as I was walking around to finish moving some of the pool boxes and planters. With pool cover still on, he didnt mind undoing a few straps to clean up to pool's edge and then re-tightened. I offered to do as he was working around the pool, but he said it wasnt too big of an issue. The cleaning made a tremendous difference when looking out our backyard. "Brian was a nice guy (professional) and was very flexible with his schedule and came to my Dad's house at 7:00 p.m. on a week night to accommodate my work schedule. He also came to my job to meet me which is far away from his work area to take my deposit. He did all the work I asked and when more extensive work was needed, he made suggestions on what had to be done and always ran things by me and checked prices before going on with the job. He purchased materials for me since and made many runs to Home Depot and only charged for the materials and no unnecessary high labor charges. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the gutter work, Gutter was put on upside down, but when I let Brian know about the mistake, he fixed it right away. The kitchen sink faucet was put on backwards meaning when you put the faucet towards cold water, hot water comes out and when put the faucet towards hot water cold water comes out. I did not let Brian know about this mistake because it was minor, For all the running around he did for me to Home Depot and coming back at a later date to fix the gutter, I let the mistake with the kitchen faucet go as it was minor. I am not a fussy person. All in all, it was a job well done and was done in the time frame I expected it to be which was about 7 days."

"Amazingly! I could not recommend Leo & his crew highly enough. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with contractors, and especially as a young woman it can be difficult to be taken seriously or to be treated respectfully. Leo was the height of professionalism- he came in within budget and within deadline. He listened to what I wanted to do and would give me options of how that could be done, and occasionally added his own suggestions which were always good ideas I'd not considered. He was clear about what was achievable, what would cost more, and what obstacles may come up, including where things would depend on the existing structure of the apartment and were not quite foreseeable. He was willing to work with me with the custom fixture orders I placed, and was there to accept deliveries of materials during the time of construction. The quality of his work is also extremely high. He remodeled the entirety of my bathroom as well as some other jobs (mainly refinishing the floor & repainting) , and all of his craftsmanship has held up extremely well. It's been almost a year since he completed the work, and everybody always comments on how beautiful they find my bathroom. There have been no issues with anything he's installed for me. He's always prompt to reply, and his crew was always very kind and courteous. I've recommended him multiple times to friends already, and I urge you to reach out to him for a quote. I couldn't be more happy with the work he did for me."

"112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
