"Fast, professional and knowledgeable. We hired them to install track lighting and in our new apartment. We are happy with the result. Thank you for your help!"

"I had a very good experience with VNR Home Improvements. I had my bathroom and kitchen remodeled. Joe called me back every time I contacted him. The crew was there every day and worked very hard. Julio was easy to communicate and listened to my questions or concerns. The small issues that came up were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. I've been in my house 36 years and it is wonderful to have a brand new bathroom and kitchen. I love them. Great work by VNR Home Improvements and they were very nice to work with."

"Andres did a great job. He arrived at 830 as I was walking around to finish moving some of the pool boxes and planters. With pool cover still on, he didnt mind undoing a few straps to clean up to pool's edge and then re-tightened. I offered to do as he was working around the pool, but he said it wasnt too big of an issue. The cleaning made a tremendous difference when looking out our backyard. Thanks Andres and Alan D Have used them previously for house washing and will continue to use Alan Drake's co"

"Brian was a nice guy (professional) and was very flexible with his schedule and came to my Dad's house at 7:00 p.m. on a week night to accommodate my work schedule. He also came to my job to meet me which is far away from his work area to take my deposit. He did all the work I asked and when more extensive work was needed, he made suggestions on what had to be done and always ran things by me and checked prices before going on with the job. He purchased materials for me since and made many runs to Home Depot and only charged for the materials and no unnecessary high labor charges. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the gutter work, Gutter was put on upside down, but when I let Brian know about the mistake, he fixed it right away. The kitchen sink faucet was put on backwards meaning when you put the faucet towards cold water, hot water comes out and when put the faucet towards hot water cold water comes out. I did not let Brian know about this mistake because it was minor, For all the running around he did for me to Home Depot and coming back at a later date to fix the gutter, I let the mistake with the kitchen faucet go as it was minor. I am not a fussy person. All in all, it was a job well done and was done in the time frame I expected it to be which was about 7 days."

"Leo was recommended from a friend whose kitchen we admired. My friend said that he completed everything on budget and on schedule. Everything my friend said was accurate. Leo walked me through the entire process, helped us connect with a company to obtain cabinets, tiles, and countertops, did additional tasks unrelated to the kitchen upon request, and was extremely easy to work with. At the beginning, there were some delays because my coop board had some questions regarding his insurance; Leo fixed it all, even though it was a painstaking process (due to the coop board and not Leo). Considering the many horror stories I heard from other people about their contractors, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Leo."

"112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"

"they were extremely professional, very neat courteous and my floors came out beautiful  I would recommend them to all my family and friends.  "

"I was remodeling my kitchen and master bathroom in my home as they desperately needed updating. A friend of mine recommended Triple Ace Contracting, so I gave them a call for an estimate. John was able to accommodate my schedule and gave me a great price for the work. His crew got started the very next day and they did a phenomenal job. John kept constant communication with me throughout the process. My kitchen was completely redone- new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, backsplash, and appliances. I also had my master bathroom renovated and my entire roof redone. I could not be more happy with the work and the level of professionalism. It felt like the work was done in no time and my kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine. I absolutely recommend Triple Ace Contracting to anyone looking to have work done in their home, and I look forward to working with them again."
