He responded almost immediately and came out the next morning. Milton showed up on time and payed great attention to detail. The job was originally for just the front walk and sidewalk and before I could even ask him to do the back too so I could get my trash cans out he had it already done! I developed leaks a couple of weeks after the installation, gutters were clogged from the beginning, and they were not properly secured to the walls. They were paid in full, with reassurances that should there be any issues, they will respond. I attempted at the very least 25 times (no exaggeration) to reach them and have this matter resolved and when they did answer and an appointment was set up, they never showed or bothered to call to reschedule, I am still waiting for their call!"

He filled in spaces under surrounding tiles where the slip had been carelessly spread. The carelessness was the reason the corners of the ceramic tiles were so fragile. He moved grout from all the tiles, replaced it. His work was fast, professional, neat. I will recommend him to all my friends and contractors I might know. He responded much more quickly than other companies to requests for estimates and insurance. He arrived at all appointments on time. We were desperate to get the job done, so I paid him more than his usual fees. But it was worth it."
