"They have a favorable AL rating so I started this process by calling this company for an estimate. I was contacted by Jim Howell, their roof inspector/ evaluator. He met with me promptly and did the inspection by getting up on the roof and gave me the estimate within 2 days. Jim also came back here a second time to meet my husband (my request) so he would have a better understanding of our roof's condition and why it should be replaced. Samples of roofing materials were brought here to determine sytle and color. <br />Although generally I always obtain multiple quotes from various providers I did not seek more in this case. I was so impressed by Jim Howell's explanations, courtesy, and demeanor that we went ahead with this company. <br />It was supposed to be a 2 all-day job. Unfortunately day #2 turned out to be a rainy day and they had to suspend working. (a Friday). <br />Because the crew needed to get the job done due to weather changes they came back and worked on Sunday, all day and finished! <br />Replacing a roof is extremely messy and Noisy! and the crew did a wonderful job of picking up nails, shingle debris, and blowing and sweeping. The crew was extremely careful throughout not damaging our bushes, lawn, and landscaping in general which I had requested before we signed the contract. <br />Jim also gave me some advice to repair mortar in several areas on the facade of our home. I appreciated that. <br />Our roof is very attractive and we know our home is protected for many years to come. <br />The only reason I gave a B on the Cost is because I did not obtain other bids so I couldn't compare with other companies. <br /> <br />"

"We got an estimate on just the roof over our addition that was leaking and on the whole roof. The guy who came to do the estimate was very honest and told us that we had another 4 or 5 years left on the whole roof if we just wanted to get the addition done now. I feel he could have pushed for the whole roof, but he didn't and we appreciated that. "I didn't leave a review immediately after the roof was done because I wanted to let some time go by to test the quality of their work. It has now been 3-4 years since they did my roof. It was a steep pitch with three floors on one side. All shingles are still in place, there are no leaks anywhere, and the netting they put over my gutters is still in the same state as it was upon installation. The husband/wife team were pleasant. My wife had a concern a month or two after the roof installation. The owner (maybe Mike-been a while) came with some guys and they fixed my concern and then he explained it to me (VERY much appreciate that). It turns out it was a non-issue, but more of an appearance thing in my attic. He fixed it free of charge even though it wasn't his fault, it was the builders of the house in 1992. I recommend them to anybody when roofing comes up. If pressed for a criticism it would be the mariachi music that played in my house because the gentleman that worked on the roof put their radio on my chimney so it played in my living room. Honestly, it's sort of a funny."

"Fidelity Roofing did a great job on my roof. It was not a simple task of replacing the old shingles with the new ones. We had two non-standard features left from prior owners. One was a custom made skylight and another was a chimney box that was cutting into the roof. The Fidelity Roofing had no problems replacing the skylights, so we signed the contract, selected the color and type of the shingles and waited on shingles and skylights to arrive. However, the chimney box was in a very bad shape, leaking and rotten inside. I wanted it removed, but could not find a contractor willing to take on that project. When the time came close to working on the roof, I really got worried and Fidelity Roofing came really beyond any expectation. They offered to remove the box for a very reasonable price. It was not their job, it was not in the contract, they could have just pushed me down the queue and keep working on other roofs, but they came forward helping me - it was such a relief - I can not praise them enough. While waiting on the materials, the roof leaked around the skylight - I called them and Jonathan came over and applied a temporary fix at no charge. When the materials finally arrived they started the work, but it turned out that the skylights could not be installed - ours were too customized and too old - it was not possible to flash between them. Jonathan took care of the issue by offering an alternative solution: as a result we've got the commercial grade skylights, the same kind they install in the big business buildings. The roofers replaced the shingles, secured the old skylights by covering them with a special material to prevent leaks and we had to wait again: unfortunately there are ongoing supply chain issues and ours were a custom order. What shoked me though is that Fidelity Roofing not only did not request a partial payment, they would not accept my offer to at least pay for the shingles and the chimney box removal. Their position was simple: they accept no money until the job is done. The delay was nobody's fault, but they did not accept payment until they were done. Finally, today on Feb 5th the job is complete. I just want to point out that the reputation of the company is not only based on how well they do the job but also on how they handle non-standard and unexpected situations."

"They are professional and went to town stripping the whole roof off, put on a new roof , put on goretech and shingled or tiled it and we are so happy , they were done by 4pm that afternoon , we have the best looking roof on the block .
