"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"Installation was completed within 2 days of purchasing. Installer arrived on time and was very professional and helpful. I opted to not purchase the professional training of our dog and am reconsidering that decision. I asked the salesperson if the training is difficult, and she correctly told me that it is not difficult. However, it is a little more time consuming than I anticipated ... 20-30 minutes each day for 3 weeks is the recommendation. Only frustration is that our cable line and landscape lighting wire were cut. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to schedule the cable company to repair the line. Cable company arrived and line is repaired. However, Invisible Fence originally stated that they would repair the landscape light on the following day and still have not come to the house. I had to call a week later to inquire on when the repair will be made. I am now told that a technician will be here in two days."

"I am very pleased with the product, process and professionalism!  I contacted these folks on the recommendation of my neighbor, who had extensive work done by this company.  The owner met me to discuss, and measure for my gates.  He spent a lot of time understanding exactly what I was looking for.  He was on time for all appointments, and always returned phone calls promptly.  He spent a lot of time finding exactly the hinging and latches I wanted, while providing good advice on reliability and quality of the hardware.  He took the time to personally bring samples of gate hardware for my approval.  The estimate was sent to me online as I requested, and reflected what we discussed.  The work was completed on time and on budget.  They are beautiful!  We are very happy.  This is a contractor that provides old-fashioned service, and does excellent work.  Best experience ever! <br /> <br />"
