He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. We’re very happy with the service and professionalism of Charlotte Roofing Company and greatly recommend them."

"We had hail damage and so insurance paid to replace the roof. The Signature Exteriors team did a great job evaluating, found damage to the metal roof over the bay window and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything that was needed was covered- and kept me involved and in the loop every step of the way. They did a great job with the roof and with communication all the way through, very professional. Cleanup left a little to be desired- they did all the big stuff, but I found quite a few little red plastic tabs all over the yard and a couple nails they missed- was really windy the day they finished and think this played a role. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the whole team, would definitely use them again if we have the need."

They recommended same contractor who repaired previous leak issues on roof, so I emailed Phil for an appointment. He responded same day and we met following Monday morning. By 3:00 p.m., he contacted a gentleman working with him and the roof section was repaired by 4:15 p.m. that day. I have not been billed for the work yet, so cannot comment on cost, but prior work done for us was quick, thorough, and very fairly-priced. Would recommend this firm highly to anyone needing roofing services."

He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Attempts at repair in the past had been unsuccessful with leaks recurring after the repairs were completed. Elite roofing assessed the problems quickly and convinced me they had the ability to fix the problems once and for all. So I agreed to the terms and the workers carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and left the areas very clean when they completed the work. I also had a new gutter with leaf guard installed. We have experienced 2 torrential rain events since then with no leaks! I am extremely pleased and well worth the price!"
