Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. It's been awhile but I believe we decided to pay a little more on our own to upgrade to architectural roofing shingles which have more durability and last longer. Well worth it for the peace of mind.
