"After 6-weeks of research I was referred twice to "American Water Well Testing" first by a Pump Service in Castle Rock then by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). I then called Jim on the phone as he kindly shared his knowledge helping me resolve a contaminated well water issue so I could install an UV Water Treatment System to cure my problems. Jim was patient, thorough and professional working with me on the phone. After all was said and done Jim Re-tested the well water arriving as promised and was even 30-minutes early. Within 48hrs Jim phoned and faxed over the water test results confirming my UV water treatment system instal was a success. I found "American Water Well Testing" to proceed thier reputation. "Had an awesome experience with these guys. We had to do both radon mitigation and sump pump installation. I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by! Highly recommend these guys, no reservations whatsoever"

"We had a burst water pipe that needed quick repair, so that we could turn the water back on ASAP. We discovered it late on Friday evening and found ARS Rescue Rooter on Google. We called them up and they sent out Freddie and David first thing Saturday morning. Freddie was very professional and helpful; he found the issue, quoted a reasonable price and got to work. My house unfortunately has old school galvanized water pipes so the job was anything but easy. They ran into some unforeseen issues, but regardless of the difficulty (including a city power outage smack in the middle of the job - 1.5 hours) they busted their humps to get all the issues fixed before they left. We really appreciated their effort and stick-to-it-ivness.The next day we unfortunately discovered that all of the faucets had really weak water flow. It turns out a bunch of sediment / corrosion debris from inside the very old galvanized pipes had come loose during the repairs and blocked up the faucets. Later on Sunday, Joseph was sent out to fix the faucets and he did just that in short order and got them flowing again. Later that night when we went to take a shower we figured out that while the cold water was the flowing the hot water in the shower wasn't; so we had to call ARS up again. Wish we hadn't missed that the first go-round, but nonetheless, ARS sent out Reigan on Monday to take care of this tricky shower sediment clog. This one was way more tricky than the faucets, but Reigan pulled some Macgyver techniques out and got the shower back in action. Both of the follow up visits were free of charge and now we are all set!It wasn't easy, but I suppose it never is with older houses. We really appreciate the work and would recommend them again! "We needed to replace our water heater that was leaking, and we decided to go to a tankless Rennai. The owner of the company came out himself to look at the space and to make sure he gave me an accurate quote. He took measurements, and explained my options to me. This was my third quote, and while it ws the middle and not the cheapest they came across as very dependable and this was important as I needed the job done ASAP. They came out within a week of the initial visit and completely removed my old water heater, installed the new tankless heater and tested everything all while I was at work. They came back after I got home from work to make sure I was happy with everything and to show me how to use the controller I elected to have installed as well. They cleaned up everything and left the space better than it started. Very professional, and they even made sure I knew about the Excel rebate (which I hadn't known about) and helped me fill out the paperwork to make sure I got the rebate. Would happily recommend them for any plumbing job. Of course while they were they I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing our house heater as well, and they are going to be coming back in a few months to do that project at well. <br /> While the price was still very expensive, I feel that after comparing all three quotes the price was fair for the quality work that was done. Also, we had the 72 unit put in, which seems to be the most common Rennai unit recommended for a typical single family home. We have had the unit in for a month now and are absolutely thrilled with it, no problems at all. <br />"
