"Jim, the business owner, is all about customer service from start to finish. He's a very friendly guy who has a great artistic eye and a very large amount of stock in his store to choose from. Jim helped us select recycled iron fence sections (a great "green" option) and installed them in our yard. The price was very reasonable for a great quality 6 foot high iron fence. The fence is *solid* and will be there for decades. We had a tough section to install on a hill and Jim did an outstanding job with the installation. He really cares about making the fence look good. There was one section that was not installed right, and he was out the next day to fix it. I really didn't expect him to come out so soon to fix it and was impressed by his responsiveness.
