Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. "Excellent job and customer service. Worked with Will Ytsma at RoofSmart to find the best roofing options for my budget. He did a great job narrowing down the roofing options to best meet my needs. Andrew, Omar and Pedro all helped to keep the project moving forward. They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. "I had a full roof replacement which included removing one layer of asphalt shingles plus the original cedar shake and then installing the new roof from the decking to the final asphalt shingles. Ibex kept me informed on the scheduling and then checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns. The foreman and his team arrived on time, worked hard and were very pleasant to work with. They particularly took care to protect the shrubs and plants around my home as they removed the old shingles and checked to make sure that everything was picked up. "We just had a new roof put on by Northern Pacific. I appreciated their salesman (Kurt) who bid our job and thoroughly explained all the details and patiently answered my many questions. The product they used has a 50 year warranty which doubled the 25 year roof I replaced. The installers were thorough and did a great job with the clean-up afterwards. The communication on a daily basis from Michelle might have been my favorite part of working with Northern Pacific. I got a call every day on the days leading up to the installation informing me about what the situation was with the bad weather. During the job I continued to get the calls which explained exactly where the installers were in the process.
