Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

He told us because of COVID, getting materials and workers to do the work would be difficult, but that he was willing to take on the job. So began the restoration of our kitchen. We noticed Eric going out of his way at every turn to make it as easy as possible for us. Often he brought samples for us to check out, so we wouldn’t need to shop and perhaps expose ourselves to the COVID virus. How good it is to see our kitchen back in place, looking even better than before. We recommend Eric Vanderlip highly to our friends and family. I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."
