"I had a quote to re-roof my house, shingles on the main house and a flat asphalt rolled on the addition, from the company that did the roof inspection (Specialty). They did not bid the rolled portion and it took me two days to learn they do not do rolled. Because my house was in Midland, time was of the essence. Chris gave me a bid within a day and two days later they replaced both roofs plus repaired termite damage around the roof areas. Great job.
