Most times, an agent would come to the house, look around the outside and place glue traps in areas inside the house. These are amateurish actions I could undertake myself. Recently, I complained by letter to the owner of Century, Mr. Brett Nunn, about my mice problem. Mr. Nunn did not respond to my letter."
