Another contractor, although competent, used a hard sell sign-the-contract now ploy, with promises to save me "thousands" by "giving" me leftover material. His price was higher than Matt's."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. "Stay Away!! "Driveway Experts" 3773 Cherry Creek Drive N.#575 720-256-0063 They paved a driveway for me 3 years ago. I was dealing with "Eddie"who I believe to be the owner. Well the driveway is crumbling in several different areas. Eddie never answers his phone, so I have left 4-5 messages explaining the issue, to have him out to bid the repairs. Nice messages, nothing negative or confrontational, just for him to call me. I never even got a call back. I told him it isn't a problem if he doesn't do "repairs" just call me and tell me that. I do not expect him to do repairs for free as there is only a 1 year warranty. Bad enough the driveway didn't hold up, and I know things happen. What a loser to not even have the courtesy to return a phone call from a past customer. I can put up with alot, but no excuse for not returning a phone call."
