He tried spray foam and tried to caulk over it. the foam reacted and bubbled out of the holes. He did not think to call his boss first and when he did the boss only wanted him to get it done and did not offer any solutions. The guy left and never came back."

Jay was very receptive to my questions and provided explanations for the work he conducted; mainly to tightly seal some leaks that were causing noticeable drafts in this cold weather. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. Jay also took the time to hear my plans for near future improvements I have planned and he provided constructive and helpful feedback. I do intend to have ACE complete this work as well!"

The technicians Jason and Andrew did a very good job leveling the garage door since mine garage floor is not level. They also did very good work hooking up to the old garage door opener, making sure it works. They even replaced two old smaller angle brackets with their new large ones. I also appreciate the subtle things that look trivial but very important such as adjusting the spring forces and tightening lock nuts appropriately etc. The new door looks nice and solid!"
