He explained what services he was going to do during his visit, and then asked if I had any questions or concerns. I let Van know about a dead mouse I had seen near the foundation of my home, and he assured me this was because the traps were working as they should be. He then went around the whole exterior of the house and treated all cracks and crevices with spray, and applied a granular barrier around the house as well. He also brushed away all the spider webs on the front porch, and around all of our windows. Afterwards, Van came back to the door to let me know he had completed the service, and to thank me for my business. Great experience! "

I spent over $12,000 and took on a $150 quarterly maintenance plan to get rid of the mice. The company replaced all insulation in my attic and other areas. Also, the company told me they sealed all holes that the mice might use to enter the house. Over the past year, I have complained repeatedly about the mice still roaming around in my house. Most times, an agent would come to the house, look around the outside and place glue traps in areas inside the house. These are amateurish actions I could undertake myself. Recently, I complained by letter to the owner of Century, Mr. Brett Nunn, about my mice problem. Mr. Nunn did not respond to my letter."
