They were fantastic in accommodating the change. Install went perfectly. They came on the agreed install day, put up the fence and it is gorgeous! The new fence is super durable. "What a great experience! I was contacted right away and we met the next day for Chris to give us an estimate. I had the estimate that night and work started the next week as promised. Besides installing a fence, the old chain link fence had to be removed, as well as a whole line of trees. The trees and fence were removed and a beautiful privacy fence was put up. It was a lot of work but once they started they worked until it was done in only 2 1/2 days. When they were finished you wouldn't know they were there. What great work! We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. Now we need a whole new gate which will set us back $800 for the big gate and another $300 for the smaller gate."
