"Very happy with this company. We had about 500 sq feet of hardwood floors that were in dire need of refinishing. Estimator came quickly and on time. Quote received same day and was very reasonable. Scheduling for the job was less than 2 weeks out. Crew was punctual, courteous and skilled. We had some questionable black marks on the wood floor that the crew were able to remove saving us money by avoiding stain or board replacement. Overall, we’re very happy with this company and would definitely hire them again!"

"They refinished our 60 year old wood floors and they look beautiful - like brand new. The job is flawless. The crew was very professional, did exactly what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. We opted for a water-based finish using the Bona no-dust system. I highly recommend In and Out Floors."

"Jorgo didn’t just install flooring—he blessed my house with divine planks from the heavens. I swear I heard angels sing when he finished. If you’re even thinking of hiring someone else, slap yourself. Don’t gamble with heartbreak and wavy floors. Jorgo is the Michelangelo of flooring—except faster and with better tools"

"J&C is very friendly, and detailed. I would give 6 stars for customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends. In fact I already have. They were very careful about taking care of dust and filters as well as other things in the house while working. They are dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and communicate to ensure the project is understood and on time. They left the house clean everyday and did I say dependable? I have never left an online review before so trust me and use J&C flooring for your wood floor refinishing. For me to work with a contractor and not feel ripped off is a big deal. You won't be disappointed!"

Wood stain adds a color to the surface. A finish adds a level of shine (e.g. matte, low-gloss, high-gloss) and seals the grain to protect against damage. Some companies, such as Minwax, offer products that do both at once.
