Hello my name is Trey and I am 38 years old seeking to become a successful self employed handman-carpenter but I am very diversified in other skills and trades , although I may not be certified in trades such as welding , plumbing , electrical , and hvac ; It only means I have not taken a test to prove my skill and knowledge of these trades. I am very familiar with all trades that are required for construction jobs. I am truly a jack of all trades and would never say I was a master of all however I am very close . At the Age of 8 my stepfather gave me small task like pulling nails from trim to reuse and teaching me things like bending metal to repair facial boards on houses. Since then I have worked at hospitals and construction jobs and enjoyed them all. "Above All -- Honest, which is rare in today's business world. Job was for the repair of shingles around chimney from storm which resulted in ceiling damage inside. Mr. Brown got up on the roof and looked at the damage and while there saw hail damage across the entire roof which the insurance adjuster said there was none. Mr. Brown advised me to call the insurance company and have another adjuster come out . He dd not want to do the job as it might create problems with the hail damage claim. I hired him to come back and do several other jobs for me which turned out Great. He not only did the work but took pictures on his cell phone to show me what he did. He checked the exhaust vent for the stove and found that dirt doblers had built a nest on top of the trap door so it could not move freely to let the air out. Screen was installed to stop any further problems in the future. Mr. Brown also removed 2 toilets and replaced the wax rings and re-anchored them. I have hired Mr. Brown to return and do some paint work for me when his schedule will allow the work to be done."
