"We needed a few shingles replaced that were lost during a recent storm. He showed up on time and had the materials with him to complete the work. I feel like the cost was a bit expensive and when I asked him if the price was the best he could do, he said that was his minimum. He got the job done in less than a half an hour, and did great work. The other companies I called, either didn't call me back or didn't show up."

"Juan was very easy to work with even with a little bit of a language barrier. He responded quickly to all my messages and was able to start work quickly. He matched our paint exactly and purchased premium quality products. He went out of his way to order the correct siding boards, taking time to do it correctly. His team was able to tackle all the additional work that popped up including replacing the gutters, changing exterior light fixtures, removing and repairing an old wall exhaust, replacing old shutters and adding trim to the chimney. There were a few delays in the work mostly due to the weather but otherwise he managed time and supplies very well. Will be using him again for my other work inside the house!"

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! "It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
