Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Stevensburg, VA

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"We needed a few shingles replaced that were lost during a recent storm. He showed up on time and had the materials with him to complete the work. I feel like the cost was a bit expensive and when I asked him if the price was the best he could do, he said that was his minimum. He got the job done in less than a half an hour, and did great work. The other companies I called, either didn't call me back or didn't show up."

"Juan was very easy to work with even with a little bit of a language barrier. He responded quickly to all my messages and was able to start work quickly. He matched our paint exactly and purchased premium quality products. He went out of his way to order the correct siding boards, taking time to do it correctly. His team was able to tackle all the additional work that popped up including replacing the gutters, changing exterior light fixtures, removing and repairing an old wall exhaust, replacing old shutters and adding trim to the chimney. There were a few delays in the work mostly due to the weather but otherwise he managed time and supplies very well. Will be using him again for my other work inside the house!"

"

They were awesome.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

"The estimate was reasonable and I had them re-shingle the two that were missing (I keep a bundle on hand just in case). They did it fast and even glued (roofing compound) the two replaced shingles and then some to make certain they wouldn't fly off. I would highly recommend this company!

"HCR did a great job with replacing our roof. The materials are high quality and the work (removing original roof, laying down new roof and cleaning up) was done efficiently and with great detail. HCR also offers an excellent warranty and was very thorough in explaining options and setting up the work. We would highly recommend!"

"AR remodeling services has been my roofer for almost 15 years. Im a builder and i build few houses every year. Antonio’s price are fair, not the cheapest but the service provided before and after the installation is superb. All my clients after they moved in are happy is service are needed even after the warranty date. I recommend AR remodeling for all your roofing needs."

"Marlowe Exteriors is true to their word! They did a fantastic job repairing our roof and at an affordable cost. They left the work areas cleaner than before they started. Tim is a professional and his communication with you is a 10. I WILL recommend him to anyone who wants what they pay for and in a timely manner."

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
Highly recommend!"

"I was very satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Also there were no issues with the insurance company. There was very little wait time between the claim and the repairs being performed"
