She locate the right granite to match well in my room and also offered suggestions on where to purchase a bisque colored coordinating sink and faucet since I did not want the stainless steel they offered. She was very patient with me in developing the template for my slab and also assisted with the full back splash I decided to add. Workers arrived timely and my new kitchen looks lovely."

"Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved."

"I called several shops and no one would do it because it's a small job and messy. Washington Granite and Marble had an opening so they came right away. They did a great job cutting the granite without damaging the counters. They were quick and cleaned up so that I was not left with a mess. The crew was very professional and helpful. "Finally!!! Someone who takes pride in their work! We bought an old home and have worked with many contractors. It’s extremely hard to find great help and that’s what I expect when I am putting out so much money for things to be done. So when I’m pleased with an outcome I want to share it with everyone. Dave with Eastern Tile, did our entire shower, which included a stone wall and the bathroom floor and because everything was so beautiful from there my in-laws hired him to tile their bathroom floor as well. There was no rushing. He took time making sure everything was perfect and that the stones in the wall were placed evenly throughout. We were never left hanging, he showed up every day from start to finish. Every evening the room was tidied up, and nothing was left for us to clean. We already let him know before he was finished that we will be calling him when we move on to the kitchen. "They did a great job.  When we stopped in to look at what they had they were actually closed and the owner allowed us to come in and spent an hour and a half with us showing us everything.  They did a great job explaining how to care for the granite.  And we are very pleased with their service."

"Jamal was very punctual, explained the process, answered all of my questions, etc. When I inquired about non-trivial stain removal, he placed a call to the home office for clarification. I was concerned that he was not equipped to remove deep stains that day, and that sealing the counter might make them more challenging to remove later. Fortunately, that turned out to not be the case. <br /> He worked very efficiently and completed the job in about 45 minutes. The granite was gleaming when he finished, with the only imperfections being some olive oil stains that were a bit too embedded to be removed by the basic cleaning process. I'll deal with those later. <br />"

"Their selection was very good and their service was fantastic, but the materials that I picked out and liked were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be. I looked online and found the exact same material for almost half the price, so I haven’t made a final decision yet. My step daughter went there when she was redoing the bathroom in her house and the tile that she picked was some pretty basic stuff and it was beautiful and she was happy with the price, and the location was also very convenient. I looked at natural stone and it was a lot more expensive than I thought. They were wonderful people and had a terrific selection and pulled all sorts of things to show me. They gave me an estimate and detailed information about what products we were looking at."
