"I contacted Vinyl Professionals right after the Tick Fire destroyed half of our fence. I was referred to them by a local Facebook group (they had the most recommendations). They were able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. Vilen was the salesman who showed up to take measurements, discuss my options, and provided a written quote right then and there. When I called him back 3 months later to finally proceed, he still had all of my information handy. He was able to come over again the very next day to remeasure, confirm my order, and take the deposit (they offered several options to make a deposit which was really helpful!). Since only half our fence burned, we were trying to match what we already had, which was several years old. After the deposit was made, Vilen said it'd be about a week for them to install. Imagine my surprise when they were able to schedule me in just a day later!!! Although it was a smaller project, they had 4 workers come to dispose of our old fence, prepare the grounds, and install the new fence. They were done in just a few hours. They cleaned up all the debris and the fence to make it look sparkly new! They were very professional and friendly. Vilen called after they were done to make sure I was happy with the final product. Their customer service, promptness, and product availability are outstanding. I'll absolutely be back when we're ready for a patio cover!"

"I had such an incredible experience with Brandon and Oz that I truly felt compelled to write a review. It seems like artificial grass is the new way to go - once I did my research the list of pros just went on and on. **The process - I called a few local companies and Encore Builders was actually the last to come out (I guess its true they save the best for last). Brandon and Oz came out together and took measurements of my front yard. We recently installed some fencing so I wanted everything to look fresh and new. They came up with a fabulous idea of an arched driveway with some stepping stones through the artificial turf (see photos). They gave me a quote on the spot and I instantly knew they were the right company. You can tell they are honest people who are not trying to just take your money. They love what they do. The price was extremely competitive compared to the other companies that came out. IN ADDITION - they are the only company to come up with a beautiful landscaping idea that made my front yard absolutely stunning. **The project - The project was quick and painless. Two day job. Crews arrived in the morning - respectfully parked trucks on the street and everyone was super awesome (friendly reminder to have water on hand for your hard workers in the California heat!!). They left everything SPOTLESS and the turf looks gorgeous!!! **The pros - artificial turf was a great solution for us due to the low maintenance. We love to utilize both our front and back yard (hosting, kids playing, etc) and we wanted something we could enjoy year round without an expensive upkeep. Also, now that water and electricity bills are up - we knew we had to find a cheaper solution. Bye bye sprinklers!! No need for mowing, watering, or fertilizing here!!! I honestly don't see any cons - artificial grass was the right move for us and I could not be happier with the results. THANK YOU BRANDON AND OZ!!!! We’ve needed to replace our two side walkway wrought iron gates and a side fence for a few years and have struggled to find a company that could design gates and fences that are beautiful, add value to our house and are top quality. "I'm glad my husband was here since he stopped them from installing the fence in a way that we didn't want. They borrowed his ladder and didn't return it to him. They left it in our neighbors yard. He also had to clean up some of a mess that they left. He was able to work with their supervisor who went out of his way to correct things. The end result is a beautiful fence that all of our neighbors have commented on."

"I had been playing phone tag with a fencing company that a friend recommended to me for six days with no response, so I went on to Angie's List and looked up companies in my area. I made one phone call to Vinyl Pros in Van Nuys late on a Saturday afternoon and they actually answered the phone. We arranged to meet on Sunday morning to discuss the job. They showed up on time, gave me a great price and took measurements for the fence I would need. Three days later they came back, tore down the old wooden fence, installed the new white vinyl fence and gate and cleaned up the area in less than 3 hours. I am so pleased with the service I received that I will now use Vinyl Pros for my next project of a vinyl overhead awning on my back patio."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
