"I was very impressed with Jesse's responsiveness and estimate. He gave me a quote very quickly. His quote was reasonable, and most importantly he gave me a fixed price quote for all the wood damage I had to both the fascia and the ship-lap over the eaves. All other quotes would not estimate the wood repair - they only provided a per foot cost for additional work that would be added to the bill. I also appreciated that his company was not as "fussy" about the tree overhang. Most other companies told me I had to have trees trimmed prior to their arrival. He worked quickly, obtained all permits and cleaned up well after the work. The only downside to the process was my misunderstanding of the quote. I thought they were going to do a complete tear off of the entire roof (as requested), but instead they just tore off about 50% where I had wood rot and did a re-shingle over the remaining part of the roof. That is the only reason I deducted 1/2 a star. Just verify that detail, which was not clear in the estimate, when you finalize the contract. Otherwise, they made the process very simple and cost effective."
