Four years later, we’re left with a crumbling mess: tile walls falling apart, leaks damaging the deck, and widespread delamination confirmed by multiple engineers. It’s a structural failure — not wear and tear, not our fault. They denied our warranty claim outright. We had to hire a lawyer and go public just to get a response. Even then, they blamed us and offered a limited repair only if we signed an NDA and removed our reviews. This wasn’t a minor issue — it was a full breakdown caused by poor materials and workmanship. A fix could’ve taken a few days. Instead, they dragged it out for months while doing everything they could to avoid accountability. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors. They don’t stand by their product, and they care more about protecting their reputation than doing what’s right.
