"If you have any plumbing problems, this is THE plumber to call!  I had been trying to change my shower faucet, and well, it broke!
I had to shut off all the water to the house, so we could not use the toilets, wash dishes, you get the picture!  I had called 3 plumbers on the list, all stated that they could not help for a week or so, I was devistated!  Catenzaro was the third plumber on the list, I called and Mr. Catenzaro answered, I explained my problem, he said he could not make as there were many emergencies that he was handling at the moment, but he would call Dave, who was in the area, and have him call me.  Dave called right away, said he could be there later that evening.  He came in and took a look, he was very polite, he told me that I didn't do anything wrong, that whoever would  have tried to remove the valve, it would have broken.  It was late, so Dave fixed what he could at that moment, not having all the equipment he would need, we set up a time for him to come on Monday.  He arrived on time, and did not mind that I watched to learn what he was doing to fix the problem. He explained everything in words I could understand.  Dave had to cut open the wall, and when he was done, he closed up the wall so that I could use the shower until I had time to replace the drywall.  When he was done, everything was clean and where it should be.   Dave called two days later to ask how things were going, if all the leaking had stopped and if there was anything else I needed.  This is a great company, and I have thier number on my fridge!  I personally will not call anyone else for any of my plumbing needs!  I am telling you, THIS is your plumber!

"This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. Extremely professional and police. This man deserves a raise. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I see exactly why they are highly rated and recommended. I was searching for someone fast. They were the first pop up. So glad I called them. This was what was in our pipes. Ryan get it cut out pretty fast. Yes those are tree roots, not a dead animal lol But ive never dealt with a home repair company that was so polite. Yes it as a pricey repair, but the quality of work and politeness and how well he cleaned up our bathroomwhen finished, make it work every penny. Thank you again and please give him a raise. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
