"I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. "It went very well! Darrel came out, gave us an estimate, which we accepted and set a date. He arrived at the agreed upon time, was courteous, professional and very neat. He had to remove all the old dry caulk around each skylight and replaced it... very neatly. With the window, he had to remove the wooden exterior trim and replaced it with Fhipon (not sure of spelling). It turned out very nice, and he kept to the estimate. We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again."

"Rich Zeppa is a remarkable craftsman. We called him, made an appointment and he showed up precisely at the agreed upon time. We told him what he wanted to do and he actually took notes so nothing would be left to chance. Since Rich does a lot of work in our area he was able to recommend a close residence for us to visit so we could see an example of his work. Even though the work was completed several years ago, it still looked brand new. Rich has his preferred vendors. If you use them he can give you great pricing and materials. However he is comfortable using materials from other vendors if you choose do do so. Rich respected the fact that he was working in our home. To that end he protected our carpets and hardwood flooring. He also cleaned up all waste everyday. Mr. Zeppa has an eye for detail. For example, the shower tile had a small flaw that we could barely see. Most would have installed it anyway. Rich returned it immediately and reordered the replacement. The shipment arrived in just a few days. He inspected every tile to make sure is met his standard before installing it. Our last visit involved paying him. This was one check I was very pleased to write. We want hm to come back to do our kitchen. I think having someone come back to do more work is the strongest form of a testimonial. <br />"
